The Parish council met on February 21st and reviewed the Parish Accounts and approved the budget for 2021.
In accordance with the directives from the St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Chicago, this Parish Council meeting was also in lieu of the Annual Pothuyogam (General Body Assembly) for 2021.
Lent is a time for Spiritual Renewal and knowing the needs for a retreat, the St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Chicago has arranged for 2 retreat sessions.
Retreat 1 : Scheduled for March 12th, 13th and 14th at 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST will be led by Rev. Bishop Prince Anthony Panengadan, the Bishop of Adilabad.
Retreat 2 : Scheduled for March 26th, 27th and 28th at 8:00 PM EST to 10:00 PM EST will be led by Rev. Fr. Roy Palatty, Spiritual Director, Shalom Media
Details of the event will be shared to all.
With the declaration of year 2021 to be the Year of St. Joseph, we are organizing a 10 day Novena starting the 12th of March leading up to the Feast of St Joseph on 21st March, 2021.
We will be Live Streaming the Qurbana during the Novena.

The 12th grade students of our Parish CCD will be organizing a virtual Bible Month. It will be based on the Gospel of St. Luke.
The event will be inagurated on March 7th.
