Primarily the S.M.C.B community. However, since this is on the web, anyone in the world could be the reader.
No. S.M.C.B Times includes both the religious and social aspects of the S.M.C.B community. Feel free to submit articles that involve either or both aspects. See guidelines below for article submission
To put it succinctly, your submission should be original, positive in tone and aligned with the values of the S.M.C.B community.

Submissions should be original. Please do not forward someone else’s article.
It is OK to reference another work as long as you have permission to do so. For example, you can submit an article that quotes another author as long as you properly credit the original author and reference the source of the material.
Topics should not involve politics.
Avoid self-promotion or using this as an advertisement to services you or someone you know, may provide.
Please be respectful of others' privacy. If you are referencing anyone in articles or have pictures involving someone other than you, please get their permission before submitting it to us.
Our editorial team will review your submission and decide if and when it should be published. They may also reach out to you for corrections, changes or more information.
Note: Publishing of the article is at the sole discretion of the editorial team.
Once we publish an article, it is out there on the internet. You shouldn’t put anything, you do not feel comfortable sharing on a public forum. We can un-publish articles, however once an article is published, you should assume copies of it exist outside the system.
