The sibling pair - Noah and George are sons of Praveen and Sarika. They have been members of the SMCB community for the past few years and live in Billerica. Noah is a 3rd grader in Parker Elementary, while George is a pre-schooler.
1 Graham Cracker Crust
8 oz Cool Whip
1 package Strawberry Jell-O
4 Ice Cubes
2/3 cup Boiling Water
1 cup diced Strawberries
Optional for topping:
1 cup sliced Strawberries
Whipped cream
Mix Jell-O and boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved.
Add ice and stir until Jell-O cools and begins to thicken.
Whisk in Cool Whip to incorporate and then add diced strawberries.
Spoon mixture into crust and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Top with whipped cream (optional) and sliced strawberries before serving.
