As part of 8th grade CCD program, the students learnt about "The Church". We learned that as believers of Jesus we should live in faith and obedience, being the children of the church. Church is the assembly of people specially chosen by God. Jesus is the only Savior, the first missionary and Head of the church. Sacraments nourish our life in faith and is the response of man to the call of God. The four marks of the Church, is One, is Holy, is Catholic (Universal) and is Apostolic. We as Syro-Malabar Catholics should be proud with the uniqueness of our culture and apostolic traditions. This project is an attempt by Grade 8 students to give an insight about "The Church" and "Fasting in Syro-Malabar Church"
