Wall covered with fiberglass reinforced panel and cabinets cut to provide access
Fire Suppressant was connected to the Sprinkler system (on the hood) along with gas shut off.
3 new Sprinklers were added and per code. We had a similar need with the old range as well but since we were shut down for COVID we had postponed it.
With new code requiring Hood with makeup air, Fire suppressant needs to also have a shut off system connected to Fire Suppressant System. We are currently working with a vendor to implement this compliance item.
There were a bunch of items in the kitchen that were unused and taking up counter space, a powered bottle opener and coffee machine. We have disconnected them and taken them out.
Cabinet left of the range was blocking access to the corner of the kitchen range with gas shut off. We cut it out to provide space. We will be placing 2 Stainless Steel Tables with casters on either side of the range.
The exposed wall right side of the kitchen range was covered with Fiberglass Reinforced Wall Panel.
Cabinets were wiped down with cabinet cleaner.
The refrigerator and stored food items were cleared out as well.
Service was on hold for a year and half due to the pandemic. We are back on a regular cleaning schedule with anticipated regular kitchen use.
